1 World Insurance- Anybody used them?

Hello travellers,
Does anybody have any first-hand experience with 1 World Travel Insurance, listed in the Medical Insurance section of this web page? I have sent them two e-mails with specific questions. They promise to reply within 24hrs but I haven't heard anything. I take this to be a bad sign about their organization. Any experience? Difficulty with claims? Any alternate agencies someone would like to recommend based on experience (for a US permanent resident)?
Thanks, Arne

Well I just purchased 6 months of insurance from them for my upcoming trip so I hope they'll come through if I need them. I didn't try to email them but I did call their toll free number and got someone immediately who was able to answer my questions.

I was amazed with the premiums I was quoted on. The entire quote was
automated, simple questions and straight forward answers.

I haven't used them, but I contacted them and for my wife and me for one year they wanted $5245.00 USD. I thought that was a bit steep.
