Veronica, their sales manager, treated me like a family member, providing support that went far beyond freight forwarding services, including luggage and bike storage and transportation arrangements in Cartagena and Bogota.

I wish I could recommend the shipping agent I used in the United States to get the bike onboard the Hoegh Masan Autoliner out of Port Everglades, but I can't because of mid-stream price increases, poor communication and inattentiveness. Cargorider picked up their slack and I was riding the bike on the streets of Cartagena two days after the ship unloaded at Puerto Bahia.

They also arrange air shipment of motorcycles; an option I didn't pursue because of the costs and carbon footprint. Cargorider earned my trust.
