Very responsive to email and did 100% of what they said they would do. Bike arrived almost to the minute that they said it would.

Clearance in Phoenix is easy you DO NOT need an agent, go to Customs first at the following address, you will need multiple copies of your airway bill, your passport, driving license. They will stamp your paperwork and once done go to the airline cargo warehouse (in my case Delta) 2 minutes drive away.

I was with Customs for approximately 3 minutes!!!

My bike was flown in with Delta but the office I went to also were clearing a few other airlines, a paperwork fee had to be paid, it was $50 and HAS TO BE PAID IN CASH
