After researching for shipping I came across this company that does both crated and uncrated, US $631 was uncrated. US $330 crated. Was told that it was a two day transit.

I'll try to put a picture of the Dili costs that I have in an e-mail from Alzira who is very helpful.

The local costs at Dili per Bike was US$94.
Port and customs are very laid back, expect from 2-4 days for your cargo to be ready for collection. Add 2 days if a weekend is in the middle of it. That amount of time is costly when staying in Dili as accommodation is expensive US$20 per person per night.
