Comments:

This company provided the crating side of the process. The main contact was very helpful and friendly. The complany service essentially provided all I was looking for: appropriate materials for the crate (sterilised wood, etc), 3 copies of the dangerous goods form (as requested) and were very competitive on cost, compared to other companies.

Two major bonus points were that, as I found that crating with someone other than the shipper often meant a cheaper rate, but then you need to pay to get your crated bike to the shipper. not so with casemaker, as they will deliver to the shipper as part of the cost (provided its not too far). In this case this was 5 miles down the road, to the shippers depot!! The second bonus was that they let me dismantle the bike on their premises so that I could save yet more money, on the crate cost and therefore also the shipping.Good service in my opinion, provided I find my bike in one pice in BA next Tuesday!!
