I ship my motorbike in 3 hours with a carnet and my crate was at the shipping port. First, you needed a rendezvous with the custom to check your bike for the carnet at the shipping port.
Go to the custom at 8.30am (Custom, link rd, Mascot, near int,airport.02-9317-7071) third floor, and ask for your rendezvous the same day.

Second, go to Vanguard log System, 1801Botany rd,unit-1 Bankmeadow, NSW, 2019, Peter Harris for export in America,02-8304-4888. and fill papers for export and you pay there. Third, my crate was at Patrick Port Serv, 55 Friendship, Matraville, NSW, 2036.
open,6:30 to 2:30pm.

Brett Farrely or Daniel Coulton was the persons in charged and helpful, 02-9316-1444. and there and I put the motorbike in the crate, myself, and the custom come to check it before I close it, and it is done. All 3 address are in 5 minutes driving of each one, so it can be done easy if you are lucky.
