I’m in the UK and the bike is a late 2002 model (although I don’t think there were any structural changes to the bike between 00 and now.
  • Bigger skidplate/bashplate. CRD/white Bros?
  • Bigger fuel tank. Plastic? Acerbis/Clarke?
  • Different seat needed for above?
  • Case shields.
  • Manual Cam chain tensioner.
  • Rear rack (light weight), to support soft bags/prevent them from interfering with rear wheel.
I’ve seen most of the above for sale new at Thumpertalk.com, but was hoping to save a penny buying them used and not having to pay Trans-Atlantic postage.

What other retailers for new purchases can you suggest? In the UK? Mail order?

Don't know about this. On mine I simply replaced a part. Years ago, sorry.
These guys have a lot of good stuff but shipping will get you.

Chris, did you go for the case covers from Thumpertalk? I think I saw your bike in Ripley but don't remember seeing them. If so are you happy (although hopefully you haven't needed them!)?
