Bought the one Timus recommended.

I guees I can make it with with some cutting and grinding ect, but I was really exited about a bolt-on solution, that looked nice aswell. :(

Will see how the seller responds.

Timus, if you got any input, pleace share :)

Thats a bit if a bugger. I can only assume you Produro has a different sized outlet to mine. Did you actually measure it before you ordered it?
I simply got a metal rule and stuck it across the inside diameter of the outlet. Then went to ebay and put in "DB killer 47mm". Out of those that came up I selected the one that I thought would fit the offset nozzle. It was a bit of a guess, but worked out ok for me. When it came it went straight in, a couple of taps with a rubber mallet to get it right in. Dont think it really needed a bolt, it was a pretty tight fit after I haemmered it in, but it came with one, so I used it anyway.

The outlet was just at 47mm, i used a rotating sandpaper drillbit-thingy (dont know the word for it) on the exhaust aswell, to try and make room. I still had to use anglegrinder to modify (cut and trim) the Dbkiller heavily, it aint coming out anytime soon, thats for sure.

It didnt choke the sound too much, will try to record something, and put it up here.

Thx.... :D

Video of me riding like a jerk, trying to make a soundclip with the DBkiller. The sound is a bit distorted, but thats just gonna have to do.

Hope that settles some questions...

Well i didnt get the update from youtube ;) Its hard to tell, i compared to the thuhej part 3 and its hard to tell the difference. Then again its rubbish sound on all the cams, if you had record beside bike pulling throttle with or without maybe we can hear difference.

Hope this is better for you...

Yes it was really quiet, couldnt hear anything when you came back and the bike looked a little different

So the big question how many HP did you drop down with DB killer, i know bikes with about 180hp drops down 12hp in dynotest. So fitting new exhaust, kn filter, new jets and maybe spend 100euros on dynojet kit. Then you buy DB killer for 50euros and are back to basic dropping all the HP you gained...I recomend others just using stock pipes if you dont want the bike loud with max HP, dont start messing and waste all cash if you cant do it all the way!

Jens Eskildsen 31 Oct 2015 18:54

I dont think its a big question, its been over a year. Hope you dont loose any sleep over this....

If you jet the bike for an exhasut with db killer, and then remove it, then you loose some power, and will have to start over because of the different flow. Vice versa... If I wanted more power, I would have bought a different bike.

I just like to make the bike "mine" I have about 110.000km on the bike myself, and have traveled in 14 countries, so in my book I did just fine.

I live downtown, and even with db killer in drag it out in front of the street before I start, when leaving at 0530.

xtrock 31 Oct 2015 19:53

Well there is alot of people out there having questions about aftermarket exhaust and maybe gaining some more HP on the XT. And i havent seen the dynotest of the DB killer before now, maybe someone would like to know..There is people that travel around the world on a Vespa moped, it works:scooter:
