ADVMoto, March/April 2018 issue is on the newstands!

"The diversity of bikes was refreshing, from two-up riders on a big KTM, to a barely legal two-stroke and everything in between - riders of all kinds showed up for the fun. There's actually no 'best' bike for this event, because the varied terrain lets riders experience the merits and drawbacks of whatever equipment they have. Regardless of your skill or ride, anyone can have fun competing in a HUMM!"

"Horizons Unlimited Mountain Madness (HUMM) is geared toward the regular motorcyclist wanting to challenge his or her navigational and riding skills. The challenge features different classifications for riders based on single- and multi-cylinder engines, and GPS or map and compass categories. Extreme scenery and challenging riding make this competition a must for any experienced trail rider. Overall, this event was absolutely incredible and well organized. A large variety of rider groups and skill levels had participated. We saw everything from XT250s from the '80s to brand-new 1190 Adventures and even a Moto Guzzi Stelvio. Some riders were competitive, while others were there just for the experience."
