That's great. I'm hoping to make this bike as stripped down and minimal as I can while keeping it two-up and capable of long adventures so learning about anything I can chuck away is very welcome.

Edited: Actually I need to rephrase that word 'long', having read about the amazing journeys the members of this site are involved in. By 'long' I'm talking about 500 k's or so up into the mountains and back. So very short by HU standards but fun by mine.
