After stage 11 she is 13th overall in the general standings with an 18th place in this stage, fantastic effort yet again Laia....!! :thumbup1::clap:

She is one very tough rider. She crashed twice yesterday, one quite nasty. She got right up, brushed herself off, got back on the bike and continued. I'm betting she is pretty sore today.

I think she does Yoga to stay so flexible.

WOW...!!! A year has passed, way too quick for me like....!!!

So Ladies (...and gents of course), have you got your Dakar on this year..??

Just had a quick tot up of ladies riding this year and I think I'm right in saying we have five entries for 2019 with Laia top rider.

Miriam Pol (55), Anastasiya Nifont (56), Gabriela Nov0tna (57) and Sara Garcia (98). Good luck Ladies...:rockon:
