just reparked a vehicle from Turkey to Armenia after storing it 2 months in Turkey. There is no registration of the vehicle in the individual passport anymore. But vehicles are registered at name/ passport/ plate in an IT system of the customs by entering Turkey.

The strict three months role at maximum applies.

I used the enclosed form completed with all data at a local customs office (GÜMRÜK). They released the registration and made an entry in the IT system + stamped the form. The customs officer was aware of the process, and it took surprisingly 20 minutes only.

Leaving the country at airport was no problem – no questions, as well by flying back into Turkey.
By exiting at the land border with the vehicle the form wasn’t needed. A real easy process.
