Airfreight from Istambul/Turkey to Bangkok/Thailand
I Airfreight cargo my motorcycle from Istanbul (Turkey) to Bangkok (Thailand).
I used Skyline Freights & Logistics LLC. Perfect coordination of logistics. From the initial phone call, Neil Bhandari answered all my concerns. Real proffesional, what they said they did. It was great to work with such caring people for the shipment of my motorcycle (Kawasaki Versys 1000, with side and top cases) was delivered safe and on time. They also took care of crating, customs, temporary import documents, etc. I recommend this transport company to any rider needing airfreight cargo transport. - neil@skylinefreight.ae - Skyline – Freight and Logistics |
Cool! How much did it cost you, with all the fees on both sides? What was the process to get the bike out and on the road in Bangkok?

Hi Marc:
Welcome to the forum. You refer to "crating" - did this require disassembly of the motorcycle? When shipping motorcycles from North America to Europe, air carriers normally don't disassemble them - they just toss the motorcycle into a ULD (Uniform Load Device), as shown in the photo below. Do let us know the total cost of the shipment, and the weight of the motorcycle (both net - the moto itself) and gross (moto and crate).
