Visa for RIM are really easy to get: I got mine a few weeks ago for 100 DH in Casablanca (about 10 Euro); get there in the morning with 2 pasfoto's and a copy of your pasport. Mid afternoon you can pick it up. Easy walking distance from the campingground. They make 8 pasfoto's for 20DH, opposite the campingground; much cheaper then anywhere in Europe.

My travel compagnion got his visa for 50 Euro at the border; no problem at all, but don't forget to bring your foto's and copy into the desert.
We travelled on dutch passports.
