HU PERTH - Rottnest Island visit
 

Is anyone interested in visiting and staying on Rottnest Island for a few days before the HU Perth meet?

The Rottnest Carnival is on 28th Sep which also marks the beginning of the school holidays - so I was thinking of going a few days beforehand - maybe 24th -29th.

There are some reasonably priced cabins which work out really cheap when you have 4-6 people sharing. (Camping is $35 per person per night so cabin could be cheaper.)

Any interest??

Been catching up on Postie Notes, and good to know you're good to go!! Enjoy the train to Perth when it comes around, and looking forward to reading more of your travels. ( don't think i'd like to be doing France on a postie bike at the moment it's pi**ing down-- tail end of hurricane bertha).

Hey John, the countdown has begun. I get the Indian Pacific from Sydney to Perth next Wednesday. 4 days of pure luxury!

The lovely people at the Rottnest Tourism Board have been kind enough to offer Linda* and I a bungalow and a bicycle each... so we are looking forward to some great new adventures in WA.
