Vango Havoc 300 Tent and Dragon Fly Cooker

Well some of my new stuff came to day so I have had a bit of a play

I got my Vango Havoc 300 tent which to say its a 3 man is not very heavy, Yep 3 man tent for me, I like my room but also got it because i may be taking the girlfriend at some point. Bought it from https://www.outdooraction.co.uk/tent...nt-pd-7206.php
For £160, which I didn't think the price was too bad and it came with a footprint too, bonus.
Tried putting it up and the distructions which came with it were not up to much, It kept mentioning colour coded poles....yep the were colour coded alright, black and silver doh one did have more silver than black but the other two were the same. Also the poles were quite hard to thread through the further they went in, but hope fully they will loosen up a bit there more is use it. Took me about 40mins to get it up (no comments please :innocent:) once I had sorted it out.
The nice thing was that it actually fit back in to the bag once I had joined the inner with the outer and rolled it back up.

I also got my MSR Dragonfly Multifuel cooker today, not used it with fuel yet but put it all together and had a look, I came with wind protectors also. I got the 591ml bottle as part of a bundle price MSR Stoves
I looked at this originally but they didn't have them in stock so I did a price match with Go Outdoors less 10%, so with next day delivery it was just shy of £98.

I will do an updated review once I have used everything.

Oh yeah and I got a Hi Gear pan set (the lids double as a frying pan) and a Trangia kettle

The Vango Tent was great and so easy to put up and take down even on your own, I could put it up in 10 mins (yes I timed myself). I was glad I bought the 3 man. It was really easy to work with once I had sorted it out at home and fastened the inner to the inside of the outer. Once I got all my kit in a laid out there was still enough room for me to relax with out feeling too cramped

Dragonfly cooker. This worked really well, easy to put together and easy to take apart once you had finished with it. I only used it with unleaded.

The pan set, to say it was cheap and cheerful it cleaned really well. Even after I had fried stuff in the lid which doubles as a frying pan, I put some water in it, boiled it up and everything came off with ease.
Getting the little kettle was a lot better than boiling water in a pan every time.
Even though it was two different makes of cooking gear the kettle fit inside the pans so it was all neat and tidy in the pannier.
