There's another thread going here started by someone with the same problem. I would have thought a better solution was to just use inner bags and leave the boxes on the bike. You'll need inner bags anyway for when you drop the bike, bend the panniers and they don't seal any more...

I bought Zega pro with inner Balgs and the "old" System.
Works Fine for me. But there is plenty of improvement for these boxes.

TTis usually good in service, but they have a serious quality problem.
We have in total 4 boxes. They are not 100% waterproof. They are hard to open/close.
I had to file off the holes for the adaption on the bike.
I bought other stuff in the past. And had always problems.
I find it a little bit like ikea: often clever ideas but u have to work on the stuff itself.

I would probably buy soft bags in the future.
My old boxes ( original BMW vario) wre a lot better. And u can get them used pretty cheap.
