Tankbag givi xs308 tanklock: experiences?
 

Hi does anyone have experience with the givi tanklock xs308? I'm considering it for use on a v-strom 650 2012. It's cheaper than the sw motech quick lock evo tankbag. The sw motech tankbag also comes in an electrical version (which is even more expensive). I like the idea of being able to load an accessory in the tankbag while riding. But I guess that would be also possible by installing a 12v socket on the handlebars and then run the wire of the accessory through the cable port provided in the givi xs308? So no need for the more expensive sw motech electrical tankbag? Thanks for the help, karolien
