I have seen this piece of kit before, I would urge caution as the rear wheel of the bike is on the road rotating.
Some bikes do not have lubrication to the gearbox sprocket unless the engine is running, always RTFM

This lifts the bike by the BASHPLATE so BOTH wheels are OFF the GROUND!!

Not for heavy bikes
 
Unfortunately only for light-weight bikes. I was thinking of something similar for my old R80GS, but only found carriers for bikes up to about 150 kilos. Besides that I believe you should reinforce your rear suspension for anything heavier than 100 kilos.

Actually for smaller vehicles the max load for the trailer hook is only 50 kgs
