BMW Rallye pro 2

I brought the suit about 2 months ago and weather I have the trousers inside or outside my boots the knee armour ends up halfway up my thigh :(
It is worse with the waterproof liners in as there is no grip against my skin.
Anybody else out there have the same problem ? I'm 6' and 11 stone so pretty average size, it's really starting to p*ss me off

On the original Rallye-trouser you can adjust the height in two steps, check below the armour.

Look inside the trouser legs at the pockets for the knee protectors. You will see there are Velcro strips on the inside at the bottom and top.

These reduce or change the size (length) of the pockets and intended for adjusting the height position the protectors are held at, and holding them there.

Try adjusting the position.

I have tried to adjust the protection but it seem that the inner part of the trouser that holds the protection rides/slides up the outer ! When I first sit on the bike it's in the right place but after a few miles it's back up my thigh so the knee cup part is about 3 inches above my knee

I have the same problem. For some reason it's the left leg that is worst in this regard. I think it may be connected with frequently changing gear with the left foot rather than very occasional braking with the right.

I have not found this problem in the 57,000 kms and 24 countries I have ridden through this year. I would use the Rally Pro 2 gear again.

I have the same problem with my Rallye 2's with the knee pads sitting uncomfortably low below the knee. Have you tried taking the trousers to a seamstress to relocate the pad holders?

Chris, what is your inside leg measurement and what size are the trousers ? There's no way I'm doing a 20K trip in mine as they are, I'm off the the motorcycle show this weekend and new trousers from another manufacture are on my list of thing to buy I'm that cheesed off with the prob. :(
