is there a way of editing shipment infos after submitting?

Sure! :)

Go here: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/tripplan/transport/

And you'll see on the right a login button, and "to edit your own details or shipments.

Once you're logged in look on the right for the Check or Edit my own shipments link, and you'll get a listing of your own shipments and in the shipment details is a button "Click here to change this shipment"

Any comments on how to improve the system much appreciated, as we will be redoing it shortly.

We will have "single-sign-on" for it - in other words your HUBB id will be what you use for the shipments system. Once logged in you are logged in on both systems. And I be sure to make the "Edit your own shipment" more obvious! :)
