Dude, perhaps you need to explain more about your situation?

Your post comes across as self pitying and as if you are running away from something but wanting a complete stranger to meet the cost..... not sure why someone would do that?

I'm trying to be helpful here, so don't get upset at my forthright post. If your post came across to me like this, it will to others.

Hope things improve for you.

Tell us more about what you want, who you are, why, where, when and just exactly what you can bring to the table! With that 'advert,' you'll struggle to find anyone - sell yourself more!

You don't even need anyone, if you have the inclination and the time, you can travel a long way on very little.

Hope things work out for you, and remember to run towards something not away from it, even if it means running backwards.

I would say that it is better to sort things out at home before going for the trip. This way you will enjoy more when past does not haunt you.

I've travelled to run away from problems at home... They are always there waiting for you when you get home and usually worse than when you left.

Although, if it's a break up you're trying to forget, then the road is a good place to do it..

If you've just robbed a bank, a one way ticket to Mexico might be a better idea :)

hi fillthetank

you should try and save up if you can buy a bike and do your cbt and das or there's a web site called www.helpX look it up cheap way to see places there's loads of bike clubs out there and as a rule most bikers are a good bunch i have met some great characters since i got back into biking 3 years ago and some lovely trips there's always someone on HU up for a trip.

Remember corners there's always something new around the next one:thumbup1:happy:scooter::scooter::scooter:

I second Mr Coolblackbird, HelpX and WWOOF are great ways to travel with very little money. HelpX is probably better if you have limited funds, as there is just one, one off fee, which I think is about 20 Euro. WWOOF you have to pay membership for each separate country.

In a year of HelpXing around Spain, I spent about 500 Euro, and managed to earn about the same. That was with plenty of moving around on a bike and lots of beer.

I'll be leaving to go back on the road soon, if you get back to us, maybe I can help .

Hey when were you thinking of going on the road and where to? :thumbup1:

My plans are in constant flux - tell us more about you!

There are so many experienced and knowledgeable travellers on here, but nobody (myself included) is going to invite an unknown quantity along with them!

I would love to give you some help to get you on your way, and I know lots of other people on here would - throw us a bone.

I think that you are asking a lot from people to just take you on a trip and not seem to have the means to contribute to the trip only you may cook and clean.
The people on this site work hard to save for their trips and to prepare their bikes.
You seem to think that this is like the old coffee shops of the Sixties, when you put an notice on the board about traveling to somewhere and hoping that there is someone with transport going the same way.
These type of arrangements usually required the person asking or looking for other traveller to at least help pay for the fuel.
Why not deal with your problems and save, then you could at least help with some the cost e.g. petrol.
If things did not turn out and you needed to part company you would at least have the funds to get home.
Save and plan and do a trip all by your self.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, it may be that I work with people that seem too think, that they are entitled to things with out putting in any effort. and the world owes them.
