Very nice! One of the most proffesional home made luggage systems I've seen.

Matt :)

That looks good, well done.

What exhaust is fitted ? I am doing a similiar thing myself and looking to find a slim exhaust so I can get the panniers equal both sides.

samson 3 Mar 2008 12:19

exaust

the exhaust is the oval one from Boss , i think from a old gsxr . but i am not sure, since i work in a bikeschop i just took it from the schelf. got it for free it was slitly bended.

if you look goed you can see thad the richt pannier is not the same as the left. the richt one is a litle smaler at the bottem
the dimensions are : 45-45-20

Keep the original and try this: Africa Twin, Zubehör, Kofferträger

anyone tried two small cans under the seat, move the tail assembly up? I am not sure about the low slung exhaust option- would be worried about hitting stones with it

Great job making the rack, how did you bend the pipe work ??? I'm rather stuck bending a pipe as the cross brace on the rear .. I started off with a givi rack, it was so light and poorly designed I felt I needed to do something !!!

Salut Matt
