Givi Arrowbag panniers G431 ?
 

has anyone used these panniers, particularly on a bike with high level underseat exhausts,

i have some for my aprilia shiver but can't work out the most secure way of fixing them to the bike, the strap with the buckle that should go under the seat doesn't fit under the seat because the seat locking spigot is in the way???

any ideas?

also any experience of how heat proof they are? dont want them catching fir 20 miles down the road!!

i think there is a givi frame i could get but according to givi they should be ok without the frame, and i dont really want to spend another £50 on the frame.
