Yamaha TT600RE - Wanted (2.50 x 18inch Rear Wheel)
 

Hi everyone,

I am looking for Yamaha TT600RE 2.50 x 18 inch rear wheel.

I've had some broken spokes. When I took the tyre of rim happens to be badly corroded (please see attachments) so I've decided to replace it.

Unless anyone knows some good stuff how could I fix it cheaper.

Wirewheel + clearcoat should fix that. I've seen way worse.

Look on the german ebay for used wheel, make sure theres good pictures of the inside of the rim, so you dont buy a corooded one. Search "xt600 felgen"

Pootle out to Hagons. New rim, spokes, might even build it for you while you wait.

+1 on central wheel uk, from perosnal experience
go with normal cadmium plated steel spokes, aluminum doesnt like stainless next to it chemically speaking

or try a generic search in ebay.de for 2.50 18 felge...

this is not a bad price for a new rim

Note that not all rims are the same, even it they have the same size and spokecount. The holes can be drilled at different angles, depending on the hubb they're to be used with.
