xt600zu 88" problems
 

Hi guys ive got a xt600xu motor in a off road buggy ive had it for 10 years and had alot of fun with it.
Its now got a starting problem it will fire then stop. Ive looked at the fuel bowel and needle was stuck ive cleaned it up, it ran with heaps of back firing then stopped.
Could it be fuel? is been in the tank for 4 months and the bowel sometimes floods and drips out the under side hole.
One thing its not running the original air box.

well finally worked it out, it was bad fuel and needle and seat not sealing.
Now it runs!!:thumbup1:

I see you did not get much advice in 5 days or so, but glad the problem is fixed!!

If you search around the various threads in here you will find answers and advice for lots of issues about starting - that's how I got help anyway :thumbup1: :thumbup1:
