not sure which version you're looking for.
could offer one i've got, titled as "XT600 A/AC SERVICE MANUAL", for 1990-1995 models, but still usable for my 2002 600e as well.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an English manual for these newer models. There is a Portuguese one available and it is also translated into English. I have used that translation alongside the older model version, as the translation is done by AI.
