XT600 Parts Help

I am having a hell of a time finding parts for my 1995 XT600. I live in the States and that isn't making things any easier.

Things like:
Big bore kit
Cams
Headers/Exhaust
Hoops/Rims/Things to make it a SuperMoto. (Something that has yet to catch on in the US.) Stupid People too busy watching NASCAR garbage.

I have found several sites. One was in German which does me no good. :innocent:
A few are in England, Shipping would be ridiculous.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.

EDIT: And any similar bike that i can swap parts. Are the carbs from a 660 bolt on for my bike?

all parts you listed are available in the states in fact probably a damn lot easier to get hold of than here in the uk.

wiseco of the usa make pistons and long stroke rod kits and cams.
exel rims and talon hubs can be bought from any decent motocross dealer.
fmf pipes of the usa make tail pipes and power bomb headers.

As for piston+rings you got Wiseco and JE performance

I know that Wiseco makes slipper pistons for the XT but I don't know if the JE are also slipper pistons...

From Wiseco the best one power/reliability(engine life) I'd go with a +2mm(97mm) high compression 11.5:1 piston (stock is 95mm either 9.0 or 9.5:1 ratio)

Rims you got Excel and Talon..
If you wanna go cheap lol one thing you could do is lace the XT's rear rim onto the front hub (you will probably need custom spoke kit..."Buchanan Spokes" should help with that) and get a wider rim for the back.

for the rear you just need a rim wide enough that won't hit anything on the XT's rear frame/swingarm once the rim gets a tire on and that has the same number of holes as your rear wheel hub!

Vando :innocent:

I have a 96mm high compression piston on mine - and its from ARIAS pistons in the USA.

Speak to Mike -- very helpful guy in the motorcycle department.
