XT 500 jumping out of 1st gear
 

Hi Guys , i'm a newbie just signed up.

i brought an XT 500 a couple of months back it is purley an offroad bike no lites etc, and it keeps jumping out of 1st gear when you give it a bit of wellie, if you are gentle with the throttle it satys in 1st gear no probs it only jumps when you give it some revs, and yesterday it jumped from 1st to 2nd all by it self lol.

i guess it is an engine strip job but ive never worked on an XT before, is this a hard job to sort out ?
