Which fuel to use?
 

I have been advised to fill my Tenere up with Premium Unleaded instead of Super as it will supposedly make my engine run better.
Will use Premium Unleaded damage anything internally?

what are you planning to do? racing in the desert?
for normal use, even super is more than good enough. regular will do fine, others is waste of money.
