Tt600s vibration

Hello dear friends

Looking for some advice regarding excessive vibrations on my TT600S.
I am feeling realy poverfl vibrations on higher rpm when under no or low load.
When speeding up i get to 100 kmh with no problem, but as soon as I start cruising at that speed i get so much vibration that my feet goes numb in few kilometers. Since it stops as soon as I pull out clutc, i am sure it is not chasis based problem. Also, if rewing up at standstill wibration is high, thats how I conclude its not sprocket based problem. I am not 100% sure, but I think problem was not there last season, but only thing i have done during winter was to rebuild rear fork bearings. Could it realy be so, that inpropper adjustment in rear engine mount could do such signifficance?
Maybe, before I open the case, there is some shortlist possible problems I could check?

Best regards.

Before you start taking the engine to pieces you might your wheel balance - both front and rear wheels. I had vibration bad enough to snap a steel silencer mount and give me double vision at around 60mph / 100kph.

if vibes are related to rpm, then it could be that the balancer has gone out of phase due to shearing of the shaft key. rare but if it appeared all of the sudden could be it
wheel related vibes would not happen at standstil for sure...

More likely rear wheel imbalance (in my experience). remove any balancing weights and rim locks and try again.
