tr600 strip and rebuild wireing issue help

Ive owned this bike for about 3 years after purchacing it ran fine. I striiped it down and shipped it* fast forward to today dont have clue how what when i took it apart.* ive got it back together im not sure about these connectors.

do you have the yamaha TT600R service manual? It has all the cable routing information and diagrams.
