Swingarm Issues

The bike is down at the moment, I think it's the carbs or my coil crapped out again.

Anyway, I have an issue with my swingarm. I re-installed my motor last summer and put all the swingarm parts back in place. I noticed that it was a bit tight when torqueing the swingarm pivot bolt to spec, I hear that the collar inserts inside the casing can get worn down and need shimming. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any more info then that. I can buy new ones but if the engine is in the frame it would be really difficult to pop them out and press in new ones so shimming would be better.

The other thing is I just noticed something odd when checking chain slack this weekend. If I put pressure down on the chain (lightly stepping on it) the motor moves back slightly and the frame pulls forward on the left side :eek3: . The bearings in the swing arm must be shot right? They looked fine but I have put 11K miles on them since.

I'm 99% sure the collars that roll against the bearings are on the correct side, one is longer then the other and there is a gap the same as in the picture.
