Super horns on the TT600

Any TT owners upgrade their horn? I'm looking at the Stebel magnum or nautilus, both airhorns and apparently very loud. The former apparently doesn't need a relay to the battery and is slightly smaller. The Nautilus does need a relay as it's actually two horns in one.

Where would either of these be mounted on the TT600? Doesn't seem like there'd be room in the stock horn location.

I changed mine to one of the old Mercedes type, they sound good!!

Cool, is it much louder than stock?

I ordered a Stebel nautilus compact and will find a way to install it. The unit is pretty big but the compressor can be separated from the horn. Very excited, seems like a great addition to a touring bike, will definitely increase "road presence" and add to the general hilarity of the trip.

Im looking to install some Hella Sharptones, if theres room for them.

Heard to many stories about the Stebel going dead because of some dirt, so ill stick with an electrical horn. I heard about some sort of re-routing being done, so theres no direct acces to the opening. Something with a hose from the opening and on to somewhere dry and clean.

I've read about that problem too. Hopefully can mount it and position the hose somewhere non vulnerable. Maybe fashion some kind of air filter, pantyhose or something rubber banded to the opening. Will post pics of my solution.
