Signal lights

What small led lights have you installed?
If I have enough juice left over might be able to install heated grips.
Thanks

Turn signals don't use much since they are intermittent. The flasher depends on the bulbs to determine flash rate so you need to change flasher relay. The tail light and brake light are easier as are the speedo/tach illumination.

I swaped as much halogen bulbs to LED as I could on my XT600
For LED blinkers you must change the wiring of Turn signal indicator, cause if you use halogen then both sides will blink together. Also if u use LED in the indicator, it only works with left or right- depends what way you put it in the socket. You need diode kit or do it yourself(really easy). https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...itud/diood.PNG

What I did:
1. Speedo light/Neutral/Blinker/High beam bulbs to 4x W5W Cool blue LED's.
2. LED Blinkers Universal Motorcycle 15LED Turn Signal Indicator Light Lamp Amber Blinker E-mark | eBay
3. LED Relay for blinkers MotorCycle MotorBike 12V Flasher Relay 3 Pins LED Indicators Black 150W C101 | eBay
4. Tried using LED rear light+brake but it did not work, not even in my car.. cheapest ones from Ebay. So it is still default halogen.
5. LED park light bulb in headlight.

Why I did this, was cause when I used blinkers then the speedo+headlight+rear lights started blinking/go dim a bit aswell. When using rear brake, it also makes other lights also go dim(maybe cause I dont have engine mounted).

I'm putting these on some of my bikes as I need them, Tuff Lites - Universal [22-110] - $69.95 : sicassracing.com,

They are fairly small but tough as heck. The one problem is they're not as bright in the daytime as the oem style so I have some add-on yellow Rad Lites LED next to them for extra brightness. The front I use the Tuff lites plus LED signals in the Sicass handguards ,SICASS Black Turn Signal Hand Guard Deflectors [22-206] - $56.98 : sicassracing.com

The setup isn't cheap though but I like the wrap around handguards .

Thank you, very helpful.

I have LED in all places, everything works fine. Instrument is W5W, aftermarked rear LED stoplight/brake, only change you need to do is LED relay for blinkers and a power resistor. Insane price on that sidestuff jj, 69dollars? Bought something like these from china and works fine and really bright light. 4X 15 LED Motorcycle Turn Signal Indicator Light Bulb Blinker | eBay

The pricey ones are actually unbreakable ,well, better than any others, steel spring, aluminum body, not plastic, thus why they're so costly. My XL had some similar from china and when I laid it down in the cold the rear stem broke. These won't and since I ride on ice there's a good chance of going down so not interested in replacing blinkers. Not sayin those are worth $70 , just none others are made like them.
