rims - steel vs magnesium vs other
 

can anyone give me the low down on rims for an xt600? i believe one of the differences between the tenere and the standard xt600 is that the tenere has stronger rims/spokes; is this true? if so, what should one do to an xt600 that has standard rims to beef it up to a tenere's level? and is this necessary for anything other than true off-roading? answers would be most appreciated.
