Rear Caliper for 1995 XTZ 750
 

I have a little problem with my 95 XTZ 750 rear caliper, the story goes.....

Rode back from Scotland (so 300 odd miles) left the bike on the drive, an hour later went to move it and it was solid, the rear wheel wouldn't move. On closer inspection the rear disk had warped and pads were no existent, although they were fine before the trip. Never noticed anything odd while riding but either way as from the photos my caliper has worn down from the friction (I must have had sparks flying but no one noticed anything). The only cause I can think of is I took a little spill in Edinburgh and the rear brake pedal took most of the brunt. Anyways, i've got a new disc and pads arriving tomorrow, but has anyone had any luck with where I can get a new caliper from. I have read that I can use a Tiger caliper, but can't seem to find any of those, (maybe i'm looking at the wrong models) or even a front right xtz caliper but even those I can't find online for sensible money.

Anyone have any ideas?

Wow Fella, that must have been one hell of a pyrotechnics show enroute.

Try this,I have in the past placed part numbers on google search, to see what bikes it affiliates to. There is also “Boats” in Australia that has a www page that cross references part numbers and bikes, if I recall correctly!
