Rattle sound when cold.
 

Anyone had a thin rattle noise from engine when cold, it last about 20-30sec and seems like ut underneath clutch arm on the 4pt engine.

Mine rattles generally all over so couldnt say for sure whereabouts it comes from. I do worry about the nut on the clutch side working loose. The one Mezo highlighted in his posts a few times.i keep meaning to check that for piece of minds sake. Perhaps post a video to see what others think? I can do likewise if that helps?

Thanks Bill, no its not a high loud knocing like that, more like when you hear the starter engine hang on, but not as loud as that sound. Is the only way to post sounds to go on youtube or?

Erm...not too sure how to go about it. I need to have a cup of tea and eight hours set aside to work out anything technological like that lol !
Must be some guidelines on here how to do it i would think though. Good luck!
