If the speedo show 42k miles how is that suddenly km?

they have listed as miles covered but the speedo / clock is European and hence is kilometres not miles as listed. The clock reads in km/h, my new bike has had a new face put on it so you can see what speed you are going easier without trying to do a mental conversion. Hope that makes some sort of sense.

The pict of the speedo its MPH and 42k, have they changed the speedo from KM/h?

No if you look carefully at the picture their is a sticker on the clock with spurs of it marking 30mph 50 mph and whatever the last one is 70 if I remember rightly, clear sticker so difficult to make out

Ok now i get it, thanks. When i use my brain i know it wouldnt be 180MPH..
