New pilot jet for XT600e - source?
 

Hi, I've got an XT600e 2003 that has a replacement exhaust on it, all is fine except slow running is rough, it backfires and stalls at tickover. I've done around 4000 miles round the Med recently but now need to get this sorted.
From what I can gather it is likely to be the pilot jet needing a change. Standard is 48, I read on here somewhere I think that 52.5 would sort it.
I can find size 50 from Kedo which might do it but would like to get the 52.5 to have on hand just in case.
Anyone know where I can get one?

not sure if they sell jets separately, but maybe it's worth a try - 6sigmajetkit.com - I've ordered a kit from them earlier for my xt (pilot was 52).

Im pretty sure my 2003 was a 46 stock, and I changed it to a 48

In the meantime, if anyone has a standard exhaust in good condition that could be an option!

Try Boats.net from USA. Reliable source but more marine based. Use part numbers to search. A lot of compatible stuff.
