i have just bought a 2003 yamaha xt600e but cannot find any performance parts for it all i can find are parts for the 99 model what parts are the same?
also ive heard there are different models such as a 3aj or somthing? wich model is mine?

also were can i get a race exhaust and a k&N filter that will fit as they all seem to only fit the 1999 model?

hmm okay.. you havent filled out your profile so i have no idea where in the world you are located, but if you are in europe you could try www.kedo.de or www.off-the-road.de for stuff that makes the bike louder and possibly faster.
Usually an XTE could benefit from a free flowing exhaust and mild jetting.. if you really want to throw money at it spring for a couple of mikuni flat slide carbs
