Close up looks like this and there's a sticker saying Belite or something vaguely resembling that on it. Probably a Uk or Spanish( previous owner had Spanish connection) maker long since closed up prior to the internet days.

Ive got a few front racks if you are after one, just waiting till they come back from the powder coaters I'll post a picture
