Fuel pump...

Ive just started my bike for the first time this year.. :-D
I rerouted the fuelhose directly to the carb, and it started very easy, which Im not used to, so I think Ill keep it that way.
My question is; what do I do with the vacuumhose? Do I have to close it of in some way or just leave it?
And where do I get a simple choke-lever that fits (3aj) so I can get rid of that #¤%%& choke-cable that wont stay out?

If you have left your fuel pump on the bike and the vacuum hose is still connected to it then its fine.

If you have removed the pump all together you will have to block the vacuum pipe off or it will draw air into the manifold and will run lean or not at all. I have a screw and some sealant in mine.
