FCR jetting for XT600

Has anyone tuned this carb for their XT and could share what size jets, needle and other mods you have done? Soon I will be fitting FCR mx 40mm carb for my XT600 and it would be wery helpfull to have starting point for jetting.

Doable with the manifold from a Yamaha Grizzly QUAD which connects to a single carb, but its not that easy, you will need to move around lots of stuff as in current setup, two air paths go around the shock. A single carb "crashes" into the shock area.

look at the messy solution here, required frame welding and other craziness:

but honestly, youll have a MUCH easier tine going with a double carb setup.

anyway, keep us informed on how it goes

i have a single one too. i have an .8 pilot jet and 0.5 main jet. better if you get jets from aliexpress and fiddle with them (they are very cheap and they are tested and reliable as the oem ones)

i asked around and found some settings for a duke II

he said 42 pilot
100 air
170 main
air 1 turn and 3/4
idle 1 and a half turn
and the safety on the 3 position from the top on the needle.
hope it works man with some adjustments .
