Dripping Petrol

Howzit guys

Got my electrical problem on XT 600 Tenere (90') sorted...thanks to your input! Now I seem to have developed a petrol leak. There is a small "down pipe" underneath the float chamber. I cant remember if there was a pipe attached to it. It drips petrol (quite rapidly) if I leave the petrol tap on. This never used to happen. Could it be the needle & seat. I have attached 2 photos to illustrate. I the one you can see the petrol dripping.

It's the overflow - it could be a bit of crap in the bowl that is stopping the float valve closing properly.

It's an easy fix, just give your carb a good service.

Fit a fuel filter too - so it doesn't happen again!!!
