Big Brake Kit - early XT600 84-89

Hi All--

New here, have loved the XT since highschool when I would joy ride my girlfriends brothers 350 when he wasn't around.

Time has passed and I now have a beast of a 600. I've been working on it for about 10 months and have made a number of modifications to include a "Big Brake" setup. I'm trying to gauge interest from the community to purchase a brake kit for these bikes.

I have one of the kits currently installed on my bike and braking has dramatically increased. With the performance upgrade I have already done, they were more than necessary.

I have inserted some pictures so you can see how it looks, but the kit consists of a (used) 300mm rotor, (used) 2 piston caliper, caliper relocator, EBC hh pads and a SS braided line. Where I'm guessing these will sell and what they cost to make are 2 entirely different numbers. I figured I would throw it out there and at least see if there is interest. I would need to sell at $185 for it to be profitable.

Is anyone interested in something like this?

Will add pictures later today.

If can fit my 1990 model I would buy one right now. I wouldn't stainless line though or the caliper (unless it was better then the stock 2 piston).

I think the caliper mount brackets are different after 89. If they are the same as the 89 I have a couple ready to go.

It's an 84 XT. I can get some closer pics in the AM.
