Anyone tested the 11.5:1?

I have 93mod XT600 and one Wiseco piston and cam/springs for this, its standard dim. I was wondering how it feel on the bike and what you guys think of the wear on the other parts when installing this?

Try being more articulate with your question you might get a reply. Make, Model, Year, K's, Brand of piston doh

I currently have an 11:1 Wiseco (96mm though)in my 3TB that is mostly rebuilt waiting valve work so I will find out how it works. I also have the high comp in another hybrid motor I'm building but it will be a bit till that bike is together.

Nice, let me know what you think after testing.

So far just under 6k miles it's holding up fine . For a daily ride and long distance runner I'd stick to 10:1 to 10.5:1 max . Though mine has the small cc chamber head (first year or two 34L/K ) plus I had shaved some off the cylinder and head surfaces so it ended up closer to 12.5:1 . It does like to run hotter on the longer rides so a cooler is highly recommended . I run premium @ 91 octane , pings at lower grades. Another project I had wanted to try beside my EFI is a dual sparkplug , there is a place that one could be added and it would help the flame front , maybe really work good , it does on the 660 Raptors.

The stock carbs can't keep up with it and it goes flat at higher revs but has remarkable lowend right off idle , more than most other bikes I've owned , just doesn't stay that way all the way up . No problems running higher gearing . maybe the newer carbs will be better , don't know . I couldn't imagine what it would do with the CR31's or 33's .

My head gaskets like to leak , mostly just oil but I went to solid copper and it worked so far .
