1vj backfiring
 

my 1vj has recently sterted backfiring when being kicked over. it usually happens the kick before it fires or on the same kick. electric start is fine. any ideas?

My 2kf does this too. Sometimes it back fires when I'm just kicking it round gently to find TDC. Occasionally it starts at the same time. No leccy boot, so cant comment on that, but starts fine, hot or cold, on the kicker.

Find TDC with the key turned off! No more backfiring!


oh, and no more kickback!
