Note all motocross trousers have hip protectors but no knees as these are worn separately (above of under depend on models). In Europe any woman interested in these trousers could have a look at the narrow legs Mens pants of women narrow legs MX trousers if available. |
Hi I am Selous Partner/gf, (he don't know I'm here)
Having a nose around found this spoke to a few of his mates gf who are also pillion, one said she always just wears bikini breifs, (for swimming) (tie up/clip on the side type) when pillion when doing touring as she finds them more comfy, easy to change if the need arises and quick drying, I'm not so sure pers as could be a bit hot I would of thought Sandra (Mrs Selous) |
Maria, how did you like those motocross pants?
Does anyone else have any recommendations, almost 3 years later? |
Hi Ladies,
I'm currently travelling around Africa and this is what I am wearing: Top half : Bar - Super duper sports bra! Merino o 3/4 sleeve top - light weight one AXO body armour - awesome for protection and on hot days Merino jumper - though this has changed to a synthetic wind stopper and it now smells too much! Wind / rain proof light weight jacket Bottom Half: Bamboo undies AXO Enduro pants (synthetic - only sometimes smelly and its teld together well for 3 years now) AXO motocross boots - I love them but hiking boots do well too. Knee protection Sometimes I wear either shorts or cotton pants under but hardly ever. I hope this helps |
Funny, I'm doing CHIC CHICK TRAVEL at Overland Expo in two weeks, was hoping for more ideas. We could collaborate!
What I'm REALLY looking for are moto pants that have a split in the crotch, like long johns, joined by velcro. This would eliminate the whole shewee/etc extra luggage. I don't think they exist but I love the idea! AND does anyone have any GREAT tips they'd love to share? My list of things to cover is long, but always looking for new stuff! |
