You can add the Huoniao hn125 to your list.

I retrofitted a kick start to my DRZ400e. Got a kit from the USofA for less than half the UK price even with the shipping.

Never heard of that one!
It has to be Chinese (with a Jap engine maybe?).

Many of the Chinese 200cc/250cc enduros have both electric and kick start, at least in the US. The one to look for is the Qingqi 200cc enduro--Qingqi is the OEM for the Suzuki DR200se engine and frame--however, I think the European spec Qingqis might only be electric start, while the US Qingqis have both.

Virtually all (infact I'd say all) 4-stroke enduro bikes these days have both an electric and kick starter - but they are probably a little hard core for traveling any kind of distance, even if it is primarily off-road...

As Big Yellow Tractor says - your best bet would be something like a DRZ400 which if it doesn't have both, can be fitted with either (although to be honest I'd forget trying to fit an e-start to a kick-only 400e - thankfully most of the DRZs out there are S's or the E which have the e-start, and the kicker is straightforward to fit).

Going the other way, you can also get a pukka electric start kit for the Honda XR400 and 650R from XR Stuff in the UK - expensive, but very good (I have one on my 650R, and will most likely fit one to my 400 too, when I can afford too!). A secondhand XR400 is cheap as chips these days, solid as a rock and low low maintenance - and would make a great (lightweight) RTW bike with an Acerbis tank and e-started fitted?
